BROKEN ARROW, Okla. – Today, March 22, 2023, the Broken Arrow Police Department Special Investigation Unit arrested 50-year-old Li Weng in connection to an under cover operation at a Broken Arrow massage parlor. Officers received a tip that a business located in the 6400 Block of South Elm Place called '360 Massage' was operating as a front for prostitution. During the investigation, an under cover officer requested a massage. Ultimately, the officer determined there was enough evidence to make an arrest.
