Related: Broken Arrow Representative Arrested, Accused Of Public Intoxication Davis was arrested on Thursday in Oklahoma City on the complaint of public drunkenness According to Oklahoma City Police, Davis was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail at around 3:45 a.m., but he was released later Thursday morning. Davis was at the state Capitol later that day where he denied any criminal actions when he spoke on the House floor.
