Thursday, March 23rd 223, 1:27 pm By: OKLAHOMA CITY - Broken Arrow lawmaker Dean Davis was arrested Thursday on a complaint of public drunkenness According to OKC Police, Davis was booked into the Oklahoma County jail around 3:45 a.m. but was released later Thursday morning. Davis was at the capitol later that day where he denied any criminal actions when he spoke on the house floor. Court records show Davis got a deferred sentence after a 219 arrest for DUI in Broken Arrow.
